​Deviniti is a Wrocław-based software and solutions company specializing in AI integration, workflow management, and IT consulting. As Atlassian's largest partner in Central Europe, Deviniti is dedicated to enhancing business efficiency through innovative technology solutions. ​

This project involved creating a cohesive visual identity for an on-site conference, including stage banners, presentation templates, attendee badges, posters, event timelines, social media graphics, and branded merchandise.

The challenge

Goal
Connecting Jira’s legacy with the future of work

Jira Day started as a deep dive into the Atlassian ecosystem, but by its 12th edition—and my fifth time leading the branding—it had grown into a space for exploring the evolving world of work. With "The Future of Work" as its slogan, the branding needed to reflect this broader perspective while staying rooted in Jira’s identity.

The visual direction balanced innovation and familiarity, appealing to both long-time Atlassian users and new audiences navigating the changing landscape of work management and technology.

PART 2

Visual language

Goal
The visual identity for Jira Day '24 was designed to reflect both the evolution of the conference and its broader focus on the future of work.

The branding embraced a modern, high-tech aesthetic, balancing bold, dynamic elements with structured layouts that remained intuitive and accessible. A palette of deep blacks, vibrant blues, and neon greens created a sense of energy and innovation while reinforcing the event’s connection to technology and work transformation.

Typography and iconography played a key role in creating a cohesive system that could be adapted across various materials, from digital assets to physical conference branding. The use of interconnected elements, glowing accents, and directional motifs visually conveyed progress and collaboration—key themes of the event.

The symbol

The recurring arrow-like symbol in the Jira Day '24 visual identity is a direct nod to Jira’s own logo and its core functionality. Inspired by the stylized upward-moving shapes found in Jira’s mark, this motif reinforces the concepts of progress, workflow optimization, and structured growth—central themes within both the software and the conference.

Color palette

The color palette for Jira Day '24 is a bold combination of Black, Vibrant Blue, Bright Green, and Off-White. Black serves as the dominant backdrop, creating a sleek, modern look while allowing the other colors to pop. Vibrant Blue, closely tied to Jira’s brand identity, reinforces the connection to the product and its ecosystem. Bright Green injects a sense of energy and innovation, symbolizing progress and transformation. Off-White provides balance, ensuring readability and contrast throughout the visual identity.

Typography

For Jira Day '24, I chosen Plus Jakarta Sans for its modern and highly legible design. The more rectangular stylistic variation was used for sophisticated headlines and titles, adding a distinct, structured feel to key messaging. For smaller texts and body content, the simpler variation was employed, ensuring clarity and ease of reading across different formats. This balance between structure and simplicity helped maintain a cohesive typographic hierarchy, making the visual identity both striking and highly functional across print and digital materials.

PART 3

Cross-platform visibility

I designed a comprehensive set of digital banners and promotional materials for Jira Day, ensuring a strong and cohesive presence across multiple platforms. From LinkedIn and Facebook to Instagram, email campaigns, and newsletters, each asset was tailored to capture attention and maintain brand consistency.

PART 4

Event presence

I designed a cohesive range of print materials to bring the Jira Day brand to life on-site. Large-scale banners, roll-ups, and stage backdrops defined the event space, reinforcing the visual identity and setting the tone for keynotes and networking areas.

Beyond signage, I extended the identity to wearable designs, including event t-shirts and tote bags, ensuring attendees could carry the brand with them. Every touchpoint, from registration desks to speaker areas, maintained consistency, making the experience immersive and instantly recognizable.

Clear agenda

I designed the agenda to be highly legible and easy to navigate, ensuring attendees could quickly find key sessions. A clean, structured layout guided users through different thematic tracks, with distinct typography and strategic color use.
